Be part of the change for a more inclusive energy sector<\/h2>\n\n

Women are still underrepresented on Swedish boards, particularly in the energy sector. This represents a lost opportunity for the industry to benefit from the potential of diversity for innovation and sustainable development. Only 35% of senior positions on Swedish company boards are held by women – often in deputy roles. By increasing women’s influence in strategic decision-making, we can build a stronger and more inclusive future. <\/p>\n\n

To meet this challenge, V\u00e4tgas Sverige offers a unique board training for women and non-binary who want to strengthen their skills and take their place in the boardroom. The training is part of our gender equality project funded by the Swedish Gender Equality Agency and aims to equip women with the knowledge and tools to drive change. <\/p>\n\n
