Tender procedure<\/h2>\n\n

Background<\/h3>\n\n

We are looking for a supplier for board education for professional women who want to contribute value creation at a strategic level in their organizations. Research has shown a clear connection between equal company boards and women’s representation in top positions, with support from a survey of Nordic media companies, including Sveriges Television and Sveriges Radio. <\/p>\n\n

In order to strengthen women’s opportunity to take on assignments both in election committees and company boards, this project aims to train female candidates for these roles. Training in board and election committee work will be carried out for approximately 10 women. <\/p>\n\n

Purpose of the education<\/h3>\n\n

The purpose of the training is to give the participants, active in the energy industry, the knowledge and skills required to analyze and understand the strategic work at management level in companies and organizations. Participants must be provided with tools that enable an active contribution to strategic and sustainable decision-making within their organizations. <\/p>\n\n

Objectives of the education<\/h3>\n\n

The goal of the training is to prepare and strengthen approximately 10 female participants so that they can contribute to the development of companies and organizations in the energy and related sectors. After completing the training, participants must be qualified to participate in both election committees and boards, as well as have the capacity to create value-creating influence at a strategic level. <\/p>\n\n

The scope of the training<\/h3>\n\n

The training is expected to cover approximately two full days. We are interested in receiving quotes that describe how the training can be structured to cover the required areas of knowledge within this time frame. The training is to be given in the spring of 2025. <\/p>\n\n
