Elova Ryegård has always been interested in technology. When it came time to choose a university education, she wanted to find something where technology could contribute to a better society – while also allowing her to calculate, analyze and solve challenges.

With her enthusiasm and desire to contribute to a sustainable future, she showed that passion and knowledge can open doors to a brilliant career.

From research to robot sales

After her studies, she joined ABB’s trainee program, where she got to try out different areas – from research and carbon capture to hydrogen and robot sales. She now works as an Industry Innovation Lead and runs projects that shape the sustainable industry of the future.
