The Gender-Responsive Leader’s Handbook was produced by the Swedish Agency for Peace, Security and Development, and provides a good overview of which dimensions you need to analyze your leadership within – regardless of context.

The European Institute for Gender Equality annually compares gender equality within EU countries
on a number of dimensions in something called Gender Equality Index

Particularly interesting data:
Sweden tops the list in the EU for 2024 with 82% gender equality, but in economic equality we are in 9th place.
